Do you have a weight limit for shipping boxes?

We, at Jeezan, do not impose weight limit for boxes. Yes, there are some items not allowed inside your boxes, but weight is not a consideration for boxes that are moved via sea. However, please make sure your box is not overweight as this will cause damage of your box.
Do you have a limit to the number of boxes we can send?

There is no limit to the number of boxes when you send boxes in Jeezan. However, please make sure that the size of the boxes must be not bigger than 0.342 cbm, about the size of an XL box with dimensions 71x53x91 in centimeters.
How do I track my boxes?

Upon shipment of your box, you will receive an invoice with an invoice number on it. This invoice number serves as your tracking number. In the invoice you can find a website which is link to an online tracking system. You can track your boxes on this website, or you may also call all contact numbers which can also be found in your invoice for real-time status of your boxes.
How can I ensure safety on all items inside my boxes?

We, at Jeezan, strongly encourage our customers to pack properly and securely their boxes. All breakable and fragile items must be tightly wrapped. Containers with liquid such as cooking oils, soaps, detergents and among others must be taped tightly and properly to avoid leakage. Upon received of the box from customers, Jeezan wraps again every box with white sack and straps the box in all corners to guarantee extra-added security in every box.
How can we send items that do not fit inside the box?

If in case you have some items you want to send which are odd or irregular in size, we, at Jeezan can provide you the solution. Jeezan Cargo have aluminum steel trunks that come in several sizes to cater special sized packages. For delicate and fragile appliances, Jeezan offers special wooden crates to ensure safety of your appliances. Jeezan do not allow appliances inside the carton as cartons are weak in nature and it will damage these items. Jeezan wants these items to be placed in wooden crates to keep these from being damaged or scratched during transit.
